We understand that things come up—but as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly affect our schedule. Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total.
