While she is clean, well-behaved, and stays quietly in her space, we understand that some clients may have allergies or sensitivities. If you have a severe pet allergy, we kindly advise against booking, as we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment and cannot take responsibility for any allergic reactions. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any concerns prior to booking. šPlease note that if you are more than 15 minutes late without any notice, your appointment will be automatically canceled as it will affect the next client. Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come upābut as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly affect our schedule.
Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service total.
No-shows
If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total.
Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or may require a deposit to book again.
⢠If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show or the service may be downgraded to a simpler design to fit the remaining time.
⢠The service fee will remain the same regardless of the downgrade.
