While she is clean, well-behaved, and stays quietly in her space, we understand that some clients may have allergies or sensitivities. If you have a severe pet allergy, we kindly advise against booking, as we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment and cannot take responsibility for any allergic reactions. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any concerns prior to booking. šPlease note that if you are more than 15 minutes late without any notice, your appointment will be automatically canceled as it will affect the next client. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that things come up! However, as a small private salon, last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly affect our schedule and operations.
Cancellations:
⢠Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
⢠Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
⢠This applies to all circumstancesāincluding illness, emergencies, transportation issues, weather, or any unexpected situationāas we cannot make exceptions.
⢠Please note: As a private salon, we do not respond to emails or calls during appointments to prevent mistakes.
In case of an emergency, please leave your name and message via text.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals:
⢠Missing your appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
⢠Repeated last-minute reschedules or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or require a deposit.
⢠If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, or the service may be simplified to fit the remaining time. The service fee remains the same.
⢠If your appointment includes gel removal, please do not forget your reservation. If time is insufficient, only a single-color polish may be applied.
⢠For appointments without removal of hard gel from another salon, new set services may not be possible depending on the following schedule.
