Cancellation & No-Show Policy As a small private salon, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect our schedule and livelihood. Cancellations: • Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. Your card on file will be charged automatically. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Your card on file will be charged automatically. • This applies to all circumstances—including illness, emergencies, transportation issues, weather, or any unexpected situation—as we cannot make exceptions. • As a private salon, we do not respond to emails or calls during appointments. In case of an emergency, please contact us by text. No-Shows & Late Arrivals: • Missing your appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings or a required deposit for all future appointments. • If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, or the service may be simplified to fit the remaining time. The full service fee applies. • If your appointment includes gel removal, please arrive on time. If time is insufficient, only a single-color polish may be applied. • For appointments requiring removal of hard gel from another salon, new set services may not be possible depending on the following schedule. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. 🐾 Pet Policy (Dog in Salon) A small toy poodle is present in the studio at all times. She is clean, well-behaved, and stays quietly in her space, but we understand some clients may have allergies or be uncomfortable around dogs. • If you have a severe pet allergy, we kindly advise against booking, as we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment and cannot take responsibility for any allergic reactions. • If you are uncomfortable around dogs, please inform us in advance. A separate room is available for you to wait. • Please feel free to reach out with any concerns before booking.
